Description
Terroir Daronton Ventoux is made from grapes grown on three different soil types, which explain its unique personality and wonderful taste. Ventoux wines are made specifically to highlight their fertility. The grapes are cooled to preserve their color and aromas with fresh fruit. They undergo a short maceration before being pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers. The wine is stored in vats for a short time before bottling. This Ventoux Blanc has lovely citrus notes and a beautiful freshness. A bright and elegant style. Perfect for: Fish, seafood and goat's cheese
