Description
San Silvestro "Patres" Barolo is a powerful and spicy Barolo made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The fermentation took place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28-30 degrees. The grapes have been in contact with the skin for about 12 days. They have then been aged in Slovenian casks, which have given the wine its good structure. Enjoy it with veal, stews or a mature cheese
