With notes of dill and lemon peel, this excellent aquavit has a fresh and rounded taste. Production: The spice distillate is stored in oak casks for 8 months, to achieve a good balance and softness. Serving: Serve chilled with dishes from the sea — such as roe, smoked salmon, shellfish or your favorite herring!
