Description
Clear and pink like strawberries with sumptuous medium-sized bubbles that quickly rise in the glass and form a good foam crown at the top of the glass. The nose is wonderfully fruity due to the low fermentation temperatures, which are between 15 and 17 °C, which means that most of the aromas of the primary grape are preserved. There are rich aromas of flowers and fresh bay leaves from the Garnacha grape, which mingle with ripe red fruits, blackberries and strawberries, as well as exotic grenadine and dried figs. Originates from the Trepat grape. All these aromas blend with elegant notes from the medium-long aging time in the bottle. The palate is fresh and light, soft and appealing. On the palate, the red fruits, which are typical both for the Rosado cavas, and the still wines from the region dominate.
