The producer of Casa Marrone is from outside Venice, and has produced and sold wines from all the well-known Italian wine regions for several generations. Casa Marrone Appassimento Organic is from Puglia and the wine has a powerful concentrated, but at the same time a very soft and pleasant taste of dark cherries, plums and chocolate. Vinavisen writes: "A warm and delicious red wine, full without being a teddy bear - and made organically and according to the method with the partially dried grapes.
